Target cursor bug

empty tiles doesn't hide target cursor, particles and damage number

Basically the same mapping bug as http://forums.themanaworld.org/viewtopic.php?t=2616
All indoor maps need some remapping. All the black tiles that are on layer 0 have to be put on layer 2. Any volunteers?

Also, stone road on the woodland map (the one with fluffies on it) is layered above the target cursor - probably effect of the same bug.
