Re: Best MMORPG you have very played ?
Played: WoW, SWTOR
Playing: ESO
I only count ones I played for at least 3 months. I tried many others for less time. I was very in love with WoW, I had to stop because it was becoming an addiction, I do feel nostalgic every time I think about it. SWTOR was alright. ESO is currently my favourite game even though I have no time to ever play it these days, hopefully I can jump back in around December for the seasonal events.
And of course the best MMORPG I have ever played and also my favourite of all is The Mana World. You should try it!

I agree! I like Stendhal, although it is slower than The Mana World and it's quite a long haul to the higher levels.SudoPlatypus wrote: ↑13 Jan 2019, 00:18 In addition to The Mana World I also like and recomend:

I also love minetest! I've had lots of fun playing and building mods for it. I think it's a great game.SudoPlatypus wrote: ↑13 Jan 2019, 00:18 minetest.net

The best MMORPG I have ever played is ManaWorld
I am also fond of Stendhal, Minetest, and TeeWorlds.
https://teeworlds.com/
I especially like that Minetest is open source. I've tinkered around with mods, but overall I prefer playing it and enjoying the social aspect.
TeeWorlds is amazing! DDRaces are fun, but the InfClass is my favourite game mode.

Re: Best MMORPG you have very played ?
Vylocity at https://vylocity.com/ is a nice 2D game engine with several games available to play, or you can make your own for yourself and others to share, both online and single player, using their java-like coding language and other design tools. My favorite game on there, made by the creators of Vylocity (Iccusion Entertainment) is Teridal (formerly called Seika) at https://vylocity.com/play/Iccusion/Teridal It's all free, but you can pay for perks, I think.
Byond at http://www.byond.com/ is also a nice 2D game engine in the same format as Vylocity. Byond is the original 2D java-like game-design engine and play hub, started way back in 1996, and still going strong today. I've been a member since 2001. Seika / Teridal used to be designed, built, and hosted here, before the creator of that started his own project (see above). I guess imitation (or incremental innovation) is the sincerest form of flattery. The most popular game on Byond, with quite a devoted and long-term following, is Space Station 13 at http://www.byond.com/games/Exadv1/SpaceStation13 Also all free, but you can pay for perks to help fund the project, 100% at your discretion.
I also like Stendhal.
I also wanted to add Starbound (and its mod Frackin' Universe), although not an MMO, you can play with friends (in a connection method similar to Diablo), and it is an awesome (in my opinion) 2D "voxel" type game, where you build and alter the landscape and explore. It's not free, but the one-time purchase of 10 to 20 dollars (it goes on sale) entitles you to forever updates, and this is not a game that nickles and dimes you later on for microtransactions or DLC.

And last, but not least, there is Ur-Quan Masters, the open-source port of Star Control II. Also not an MMO, but you can have spaceship battles with your friends. The combat is fun, and every ship is unique, with their own strengths and weaknesses.

Hmm. The best MMORPG for myself is Old School version of Ragnarok Online.
I've never getting bored to play that.
