These two wrong numbers are not just random stuff at all. Looking bitwise, they are:
01000000010000000100000001
10000000100000001000000010
It's a pattern: same values, repeated every 8 bits, shift by 1 bit. Weird enough. I could suggest to check CPU/RAM stability, maybe that's a key?

server is down from about 18:00 29 jan 2012. should we await the new 4 days rollback?

Should be back up now.
All databases were recovered as best as was possible and seem sane, no rollbacks were performed.
Please let me know if you encounter any irregularities.
