Thats because it cannot refresh. Its frozen. These are the people that were online before the server went offline.

Well, recently Freeyorp notified us on IRC:

Basically from what I gathered is he's trying everything he can before having to do anything drastic. Older accounts should not be affected at all. I hope, but anyways don't get your panties in a twist yet.
