[Unregistered ID] My ID was deleted?

I wonder why after 3 days since my last login, the tmw shows me [Unregistered ID]. My characters missed and I cannot restore them any more. Is there any limit to login in 3 days?

I tried but it doesn't work, the system only shows me [Unregistered ID] error.

Make sure you have the correct capitalization.

Thank you for your replying, but the problem is still there.
My password and username are correct, but the same message is still sent. Even the server port is still the same...... I have only one server choice, I never change it. But nothing works. I get confused what happened? Just because I used another computer?

Thank you for trying helping me. I finally got the problem fixed.
First, I run this program in Windows XP and create my account.
Next, I run this program in Mac OS X, and type my username. Then, the [Unregistered ID] showed up. So I think my ID had been deleted. However, it isn't.
When I return to XP, it is still there. So I observed the program in Mac OS X and found that there is an additional space in default Name input box. I didn't click delete before I tried to type my username. Therefore, the server identified me as [ username]. That's the cause here!!! Thank you for your replying and support here. I hope there is nobody getting troubles from this default "space" in the future.
