Also, I think it would have been more relevant to ask what kind of scamming deserves a ban, password scamming, item scamming, both or none. Some people consider item scamming to be part of roleplaying.

Hello Enchilado, you were probably autobanned. Be careful when you experience lag, the server doesn't know that you didn't say the same thing several times on purpose.

Buch was killing sea slimes and didn't respond in time and was therefore banned for botting (AFK fighting), but may ask for a reset.

Wujek Samo Zlo was found botting. He died but fought again after being revived and recalled. Eventually he did answer but it was clearly after the two minutes had passed. I was a bit slow there so he was not banned until after he had responded.

WickedWarrior was found AFK fighting and was banned, but has already asked to be reset, which has been done.

Here's a photo of something unusual, three GMs online at the same time, in the same place.

I found Michard fighting mountain snakes, apparently AFK. When warped to the botcheck area he didn't attack the maggots, but when I spawned mountain snakes, he fought them but still didn't respond, so my guess is that she/he set up a bot to only fight aggressive monsters or something.
