I sent an email to that address provided. It says "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."

For now try using the all purpose email@example.com email and if possible forward that error message as well.

All set. Sent the new email along with the forwarded error mail I got to the new address, no error message
