Show us the code, and we'll consider it. We don't allow every user-suggested change, but you have a lot better chance for a temporary event than for something permanent.Lullaby wrote:Hmmm...I just want to notice that all players in game must create "white" characters, cause we can't choose the colour of skin. The holidays that we make are the holidays that we observe. Since this is an international team, and international players, that set is intersected among us.
However, before my time there was something for Guy Fawkes Day, but that was probably tolerated for sheer awesomeness or something.
Only Christmas, Easter, and Halloween are fairly reliable. Christmas and Easter are nominally Christian holidays (though the historical accuracy of this is disputable), but have nothing to do with Christianity in practice. And Halloween is pagan.

Oh, and (thank God this went off-topic)... MrWho, stop being racist and stop abusing our GMs. There's no such this as roleplaying the latter - either you are or you aren't.

As for allowing recoloring the player's base sprite - this is now technically feasible, but there's a lot of work that would have to be put in it. Eathena's "job" or "class" system gives different bonuses for each one, and that would be far more racist.
Also, every character would have to be created with the default "class". This is a protocol and/or client limitation.
Please remember that TMW isn't even in beta, it's sheer coincidence that we have something that works as much as it does. (I'm not going to say "as well as it does")
