Heh I remember when I started with sourceforge, it was a pain, so feel free to ask whatever you want. My suggestion would be to set up a home page as soon as possible, I really hate projects without a home page.

You have a really clever ruse of an acronyme for your project. :)
This message used to be meaningful.

Yes they let you upload your website to their server. If you're using windows I suggest you get FileZilla as your FTP client. In FileZilla create a new account through the site manager where:
- Host: shell.sourceforge.net
- Port: 22
- Server type: SFTP using SSH2
- Login type: normal
- Username: your SF username
- Password: your SF password

Then click on advanced and set as your default remote dir: /home/groups/t/tc/tcp

Connect and you should be ready to upload/download from your new website: tcp.sf.net

Anyway SF has got a rich documentation which is useful to read in any case.
