I find it rather pointless that anyone would make a huge deal out of this now. The list obviously stopped being updated because we/they felt it unnecessary to do so anymore.
The point of the blacklist was/is to keep annoying people and/or cheaters out of the clan. And yes they do hold the right as leaders of the clan to say who they think is annoying. Keeping these people out makes the clan run smoother and creates less drama.
