Several months ago i started a server out of fun, one day i got bored so i decided to see if i could get on anyones account when i got on the account i took several items from many people. from many of my friends, i know what i did was wrong and i am sorry. I hope that some of you may forgive me, sometime in the near future.

Ok, aside from the childish name-calling and what-not, here's my understanding of what happened so far. It has been formed from conversations with both parties.

1.) Jose came up with an idea for using the dark crystals in the Crystal City somehow, I'm not exactly sure what he intended when he told me this, but I was thinking along the lines of the movie "The Dark Crystal". I am now aware that he may have been thinking of this shield idea.
2.) I told Jose to post the idea in the topic I use for my art work and ideas.
3.) B3 was in the area when I told him to do this, and had been asking about an idea of his a few minutes prior. Some confusion resulted. This confusion resulted in B3's post in the topic I mentioned above.
4.) The next day Jose came to me with an idea for a teardrop shaped kite shield, that he wanted to make from cobalt ores and dark crystals. I tried to help him out with it, but since we were both in game at the time, he had to PM me with the images he was working from. I have that PM available for the GMs if they need it.
5.) Today, well, a whole new problem erupted after Jose saw B3's post in the topic mentioned above. This resulted in the altercation between the two of them. My IRC conversations with both follows, as does my conversation with Jose in game as of today.
