If people want to donate to the project, the link I gave is the appropriate one. Then later if you need another upgrade due to us, we could look at what was donated to us and see what we could give you.

Yeah. There was a problem with backplane and now there is a problem with sata controller. That onboard one has a bug that allows you to create max 95 GB RAID (newest firmware). I need to buy a new one but I don't want to buy crap (and ATM I have other expenses). But fear not, it is coming soon.

When I get the controller.

I do not ask for anything, I will get this sooner or later. However free cash always welcome (then it would be sooner).

BTW, I posted it because people ask when it will be online.

What would I do if I have cash, but no means of electronically transferring money?

My parents wouldn't donate for me if I gave them the money, and I can't make a PayPal account yet because of my age.

Probably just not donate :(

Your parents can make an account. And there is also money transfer available.

Remember that donations are for improvements of the server(s), they are not critical for their existence - I would never sell people such a bullshit. Anyway if someone has excess of cash it is always nice to throw some for useful things.

It could get ... lost. And unlike, for instance, a cheque, you would actually lose that money.
