Sorry but I need to interfere here, to avoid that some player gets very frustrated one day:
Berets are unreleased yet, but will be released in the future (no date yet).
We are not sure how it got into the game, but if someone buys it now for a high price (s)he shouldn't be angry if Berets are available for a far cheaper price one day.

Let me explain how Relax got his Yellow Beret.
On 23/2, Prsm, meko, Octopus and I found a player called Boxyto wearing that hat and Octopus suggested to buy it and stop it from further circulation. However, Boxyto can't understand English so it took sometime. All of a sudden, Relax came out and bought the hat with his Portugese.
In my opinion, QUEUE is a basic manner.

I agree, I think someone ( like a dev ) got the beret so it wouldn't keep getting sold to random players and circulating. Like meko said, its not good to have an unobtainable item being spread around.

Don't worry, as you can see I stopped in to prevent that someone in the end gets hurt and that's also our primary goal.
We will find a fair solution, we're still discussing.

heh, would you really listen to a player if he says "drop your rare/unreleased item"?
I don't know about a GM who said that and can't imagine one asked him to drop it without compensating the costs for it.

Maybe you didn't read my whole passage. Octopus suggested paying $. Also we started talking to Boxyto BEFORE Relax is online.

In the game you were making an offer to me for the beret, you yourself wanted to buy the beret from me but now on the forum you are posting that the beret shouldn't circulate. Beret should circulate to you but not to others? If say someone wants to sell his funky hat (which is "unobtainable") and someone wants to buy it, both are happy about the price, they trade, that's their business, not yours. You start a forum thread of "I am selling a Paper Bag" and then 3 minutes after that you say "its not good to have an unobtainable item being spread around".

Cassy, he wasn't talking about you. alexander1006 did went bad mouth after I bought the beret but I replied him back there. Also, some other players have publicly spoken lies about me (in game) after I got the beret.

No one has right to say to anyone in first place to drop his item. Whether the player drops or not, that's a separate issue, here a point is being respectful to other player. I want to tell others that I don't know who said to the player to drop his item; But certainly NOT the GM who was present there, I've found that GM to be nice, helpful and intelligent.

But Remus' point is valid as there have been items obtained through bugs and then traded at high price. You need example? I know two: Pear and Contri Shirt. I know about 6 pears initially coming out as bug and traded at high price (at 1m GP). Some contri shirts were also generated through bug and I know a player who bought one at near 1m.

alexander1006, he did read your whole post but I think that like me he also didn't understand that how does concept of "QUEUE" apply in this game. Please explain. I didn't disturb anyone's conversation as I was conversing with the seller in private message tab.

sounded a compliment to me (thanks ), but because "english on public chat" is a rule, I'm clarifying to others that all my conversation with the seller of beret was in private message tab; and we talked in general tab only when he said in general tab: "ty" which means "thank you" and I replied him with "ty". So I didn't break the "english on public chat" rule.
