Interesting ideas there. I don't see why a Guild would be tied to any kingdom though. You don't have to share the opinions of your country, so why put that in a game? I hope this class system isn't set in stone yet. Why do you need classes in a game? I'd prefer to let people play a character however they want without the limitations of classes.
