Is there a repository for the latest version?

Or do I have to git my hands dirty (pun intended) building from source

Along the same lines, just got registered yesterday and played for a few fun hours, then when I tried to run again the TWM window wouldn't open. ran from console bare me@mymachine:~$ tmw Couldn't set 800x600x0 video mode: Could not create GL context me@mymachine:~$ So I figured to try the same trick...

Registration appears to be working now!

Boy I hope this gets fixed soon, I too want to play :-/
