It should never be a requirement that a gm should produce any evidence. All evidence can be faked. If screen shots are produce it is a not evidence or proof. In the any case there is no debate. Producing evidence would not change the verdict nor the punishment. Having a screen shot will get the above poster looking for wiggle room to place blame for their behavior. There can not be any room for debate or discussion when it comes to enforcement. Not with a totalitarian system.
