Today thebev was botting again (once more after this: http://forums.themanaworld.org/viewtopi ... 20&t=11931) in the ice cave, I've noticed that when you say his name he gets the manabot alert and comes back to the keyboard. I wonder if this kind of bot is invincible. Are the GMs obliged to say the player's name when they botcheck? Maybe they should say, for example: "the*bev", the bot client doesn't understand the name in that way and the player can understand that they're talking to him/her. IMO that's the only way to avoid the alerts.
Our gamemasters aren't stupid. When they have reason to believe that someone is botting, they will ban that person. And when they notice that some bot changes its behavior as soon as a game master comes on screen: this makes it even easier to spot them.

You might have heard a certain rumor about me. This rumor is completely false. You might also have heard the other rumor about me. This rumor is 100% accurate.
AFAIK if the bot changes it's behavior in the given 2 minutes it will not be banned.
Ty anyway for clarify, i thought GMs were more bound by the 2 minutes thing.
