Dark Talisman

I have my own server and ive been trying to use the Dark Talisman but i can't figure out how to trully use its power
could someone help

The Dark Talisman is a "prototype". I don't remember who is the great dev who made this item but it is weird. That is, i think, the purpose of this item. Don't try to understand how it works, it is not sensed to be put in game i think, and moreover, you need a GM level to wear it. This is why only devs or GMs (idk) can wear it and also it explains it will not be released.
