Banned for... to do anything?

Hi!

Mi player Gekko was banned 1 year the past 16/02/2010 for bot. Now, one year after, I connect to the game and contact with Tiana for unlock my player. Gekko character is in "Banned Check Area". She is in the phone and demand that I wait. I go to firefox to surf Internet, and when I click on the TMW window... I has been banned permanently. This week I played with my other players, but now... I am hallucinating.

The player Gekko received a permanent ban for a second botting offence. The question of the other characters is being handled and I will post the decision once its been made.
