I don't think it's big enough/humanoid enough for Serqet (nor do I think an Egyptian goddess is suitable as a mob), but as far as art goes it seems very nice, and the perspective is good enough.

Nice way to create a original monster, I like it so much!
I was testing it on localhost to see it in action and get some fun, For Mob stats, I used similar values of Mountain Snake (your monster killed me a lot attacking on groups, looks nice for me).
Here's the .png and .xml for testing purposes: ... I wonder if AxlTrozz is still working on Bitan monster.

Hey, i am out of tmw cuz my laptop is broken and i have a new apartment without i-net... But i am watching the forum via mobile phone... Thx for thx enchi.. I hope more ppl would post art. But they think they are not good enough, its to much critism here.. Maybe someone like you can start a pixel contest... Something like: post the best noobish art and win a price ingame.
