so, how to test map on my local server ? i have modified RO server it work perfectly so what i need to test it ?

You need to place .tmx[gz] files in tmw/data folder, and .wlk files in server/data folder.

When i map wherd tilesets need to be ?

Exactly where they are now, in tmw/data/graphics/tiles fodler

No, in the same location as where they always are, at the location ElvenProgrammer mentioned. Meanwhile maps should always be in tmw/data/maps.

The file with the first map it's new_3-1.tmx.gz if I remember it correctly. About the other question I suggest that you first learn how to configure and script an eAthena server: you can reach their website at http://eathena.deltaanime.net/
