Hey guys,
After about 1 year break I'm interested in tmw again. A lot of things changed and I need a lil bit help.
I have a lvl 68 warrior with equip:
Warlord Helmet
Warlord's Plate
Jeans Chaps
Leather Gloves
Fur Boots
Setzer
Steel Shield.
Is there anything in equip I could do better?
Could someone help me with my Stats? What stats would you recommend for a Warrior?
Before quitting I did some quests for Magic Skills. All my Magic Skills (Magic, Life, War, Transmutation, Nature, Astral) are lvl 2. Can I reset them and spend the Skill points on Speed? (I made speed skill quest today and made it lvl 2 because I had 1 skill point left - but as far as I know a Warrior should have that skill as high as possible?)
Btw.... How do I use my speed skill?
What kind of grinding would you recommend me? I know that earlier we had the lvl-spot with 3-4 Skulls and like 10-15 or more ppl stacking.
Please help me to get in that game again =) I read a lot in Wiki and here on forums but there are so much questions left.

Re: Stats of a Warrior
You have all the necessary items to be a warrior already. Should new content be added to the game, you will have access to potentially new and better equipment.
Warriors tend to bicker about what goes where, and truthfully it's a combination of what kind of warrior you're gonna be, what skill you're using, and of course what you intend to kill.
at level 68 you should have about 500-800 skill points for distribution and certain builds have their advantages and their disadvantages. These are the two most common builds that I know of:
The Tank Build: A warrior who favors surviveability over damage and speed. They are designed to soak up damage at the cost of attack power
The Speed Build: Favors speed in place of survivability in order to take the enemy out before it can kill you
The All-Rounder/Hybrid: Combines all attributes evenly and favors none in particular.
Bear in mind that these builds are geared towards surviving some of the toughest monsters in the game particularly the grave yard where you're going to be spending a lot of your time leveling.
If you're going for the speed build your stats should go accordingly
Str - 1
Agi - 50 or 75 (never more if you are utilizing the speed skill)
Vit - 50
Int - 1 (Do not raise intelligence)
Dex- 50 This is a must!
Luck - 50 at the very least to avoid most crits
If you wish to use the tank build
Str - 1 (you're going to rely on your weapon dex for your damage with this build)
Agi - 1 (you can use the speed skill to assist with attack speed loss for this build)
Vit - 75-90 (this is going to be the most important skill you should put points into)
Int - 1
Dex- 30-40
Luck - 50-66 (raising luck more than 66 is simply a waste)
the last build I've come across is the hybrid. I am lvl 75 and have used this often. Please bear in mind this is MY PERSONAL build and you can follow if you choose
Str - 50
Agi - 50
Vit - 50
Int - 1
Dex - 50
Luck - 50
it has a combination of both builds but absorbs some of the weaknesses of the other 2 warrior builds I mentioned.
As for the Magic skills you mentioned, those stay "locked" at lvl 2. you cannot reset skill points as adding points to them is permanent and you can gain skill points by killing monsters.
The skill you choose, as you mentioned speed will be raised by you killing monsters and acquiring skill points. when you hear the lvl up sound and see green sparks around you, you have gained a skill point. It should appear as the job bar in your client, and is located under the exp bar of the stat menu, identified by its pinkish color. The skills you select (i.e.; astral soul, resist poison, speed, brawling) are passive. When you focus on them they act without you being aware, but should make themselves apparent if you choose to focus on something else. For instance, if you choose speed, and decided to focus on something else, then you'd notice, that you walk slower, and even attack slower.
As for grinding, head to the graveyard. If you do not know where it is, simply ask another player to escort you, and you will be led to a world full of amazing monsters to kill, and an amazing designed map.
Have fun in the game.

P.S. This is the longest post I've ever made....I should get a medal for this....just sayin'.

I should add that new content has already been added, in the form of weapons, armor, and quests. I did not mean to insinuate that there has been no change, or there are no alternatives available to you.Unwelcome wrote:Should new content be added to the game, you will have access to potentially new and better equipment.
