Now that is odd. I got something similar but from ManaMarket once the restart took place. These updates seem to have had quite odd glitches/bugs or whatever they're called.
Alas I didn't take a screenshot but if anyone wants to know what manamarket whispered me it was the message he sent people when he was being "fixed"...

That's only because guild was not online at the time. The cause of the apparent whisper source there is a client issue that only shows up when whispers are not in their own tabs.
