Strange Blue arrow that only I can see !

Last night I was in town and I notice this blue arrow and told every one about it but no one else was able to see it but me .
Has this ever happened to any one else ?

Long long ago, i see that weird blue arrow too, but it can be disable.. it was so long time ago that makes me forgot how to disable it

just look at the setting, maybe you clicked it wrong or you click it on by accident

It's a manaplus option, you can make shortcuts to some places, and then press right shift-letter to go there.
I'm not sure, but it could be v key which makes more/disables when you step on them.

Those are locations that you can access by typing right shift + number in shortcut

To set/unset arrow move to position and press 5 on numeric keyboard.
