Why two chars belonging to one game account can not enter the same group? But they can enter two different groups?

The technical reason is that characters are passed to the map-server by account ID, not by character ID. Just trust me when I say "it's complicated". I'm *planning* on changing parties, but it's a fair way off.

for a time, two different characters on the same account would appear to be in a party they were not.
