Morning,

As the server doesn't support (and won't?) guild and clan, you can creat a fictive one like the CRC or HMC did in past. For this, you won't need any "special permission", just need to regroup some peoples in a side and to plan how your clan/guild will be.

Aside, you can ask BigCrunch or... Jero, or the owner of the guild bot, he could maybe open a guild tab for you, this mean that you will get place to chat with your friend, else than a party (this mean that you will be in a party + a fictive guild).

Some client like Manaplus emulates this guild function on the client side, so the Guild will be as supported as the Party is.


The best thing to learn how to creat a proper guild is to see the actual one running, check how they created themself and how they keep them alive.
You can check for Nard the leader of the CRC, Yubaba for The Mana Empire, Sugar(?) for the HMC and there is also the phoenix council but I don't know anything on them.

Phoenix Council head team is Big Crunch, Frost, The Kandiman and Narus they are quite easy to contact in game

I suggest you create your guild site on shivtr: http://www.shivtr.com/users/sign_in, real as it offers good tool for easy and powerful guild management. look at crc.themanaworld.org, one of the two with HMC (http://holymanaclan.freeforums.org) to be widely opened to guests.

this was from february.. but yes shivtr is a good site to use for guilds as leader for the mana empire, i never had a problem with it.
