bow with snow

Bow missing when fighting Snow balls with snata hats i dunno whats wrong but it misses and misses and misses i get 1 hit in in like an hour of fighting one of them...

bug? or no?

well notice me haveing like 10str and 50 agility and 50 dexterity and thats it lol yes i know im an archer i know how to train a dude

its just im getting kinda mad they need to fix the damn missing stuff

Monsters became stronger, but has alot less HP. So even if you miss alot it doesn't really matter because you need less successful hits to kill a monster and if you are an archer you need a good strategy to avoid hits. Also basic attributes became important, archers were not using strength even if in RL strength is important for an archer to let him throw the arrow at a longer distance and cause more damage.

Here is the basic skill description:

Agility - Raises your attack speed and your dodge.
Dexterity - Raises your bow damage and your accuracy rate.
Vitality - Raises max HP and defense.
Luck - Raises max lucky dodge and higher item drops.
Intelligence - Raises your MP (currently not useful).
Strenght - Raises your attack and damage of your hits.

Luk increases drop rate? Are you sure about that? it doesn't do on the original ro servers. i doubt that it does so on eAthana.

Actually I took it from hint NPC script.

Anyway I am going to do some more checks about how do basic attributes works and maybe some fixes.

this website has the most detailed description of the ragnarok online game mechanics i know. The subsections Stats, Substats and Attacks of the section Mechanics should be most interesting for you.

it is based on the official servers. some details may be different on eAthena. But the differences shouldn't be that big.

Ok look As Plat says the montser have less hp... The snow dudes have 850 hp.... i do 94 damage every hour cause it misses after miss and more misses i cant stand it so... i dunno but u need to even out or turn the miss script down the game is no fun when your takeing an hour to kill 1 monster

They has 750 HP and they had 2500.
