This is a "good website" where you can find the NPC prices of every items (buy/sell). I remember that AlOnS mades a list of player's prices some times ago, but it should be outdated...
It was somewhere on the CRC site, it's btw, also a good site. :]

There was the mana market statistics but its down at the moment from what i heard. Might be best to wait for it to come back up, its the most updated price list you will be able to find atm.
