Hello, at 12:14 approx GMT +2 (Greece time) I got banned for no apparent reason. From what the message tells me when I try to login, the ban is gonna last for an hour. I have never done anything to abuse or harass, and always play by the rules, so I am really wondering what did I do to deserve the ban. If this helps, I was browsing the mana market right before I was banned, looking at a Pumpkin Hat. Please help me out.

it is likely you got a ban for "Chat spam", it happens when you repeat a message too much and too quickly. In this case the spam protection of the server bans you automatically. Many of us experienced it already; so beware when you get a system message saying that "you're about to be banned. Speak slowly and DO NOT SHOUT!".

I haven't even typed a word! The only thing I did, like I said, was browsing the mana market! I just feel that I was given an unjust punishment for something I haven't done...

As far as I remember, ManaMarket is controlled through chat commands.

The server enforces a limit on how many messages you can send in a minute. This includes whispers (which might be why you were hit while talking with ManaMarket.) Also, manaplus uses whispers as a back-end to its shop features.
Nobody is upset at you. There is no bad image of you. I think everyone has had this happen at some time. You could be slower with shop commands, but please just relax and enjoy the game.
