Problems with trade window!!!

I have some problems with trade window... sometimes it simply doesn't appear, no matter if I reset my game windows, restart the game or change the opengl option. How can I solve this problem? In both versions, 18 and 19, this occur... help me!!!

I've had the same problem on my other PC but I don't play on it anymore.

With resetting your game windows do you mean deleting config.xml? If not try that. If you do mean that, I dunno what the problem is.

The "reset game windows" is an option in game to reset the position and opacity of the windows.

I'll try to delete config.xml.
