Orum and Waric follow-up quest BUG

Hi, my name is Eduardo and i started the quest today and i am stuck on the third flower. when you start making the potion or doing with the cauldron, whe wiki says that you have to pour when is bubbling heavily, so i follow the instruction and says is too soon and the mixture is like a rock. Ok, in the second try i keep waiting and the mixture ruined again and turned gray. I lost several items doing this, is theres a bug? or certain requirement? I am level 75, i killed the moubo 5 years ago and 1 year ago cut branches from the druid tree. i dont know what is happening.

Had something similar: mine was never bubbling "heavily" as the wiki suggests. So during the third waiting period, the potion is ruined. On my second run, I added the ingredient after waiting twice. This has worked so far on two of my chars and I never had it bubbling "heavily".

no seriously, I just chose "pour" on the third turn twice, meaning WAIT - WAIT - POUR

the wiki says:

However, you'll have to help him to make the flower pouring a rheological additive in the powder mix. Wait until it's bubbling "heavily" and pour it.

never happened, but I once failed before that stage.
