[Ban] Chay afk botting

Chay was afk killing in town when reported to Veryape. He issued a kick command because he was a tad unsure on some specifics. When Chay returned, he informed her that he believed that a block may have to be issued but he wanted to talk to other gm's.

After a lengthy discussion it was determined that Chay was afk botting and a block was the correct thing to do. Chay had already deleted the account because of the incident, so this forum post is for "paper work" purposes only atm.

I failed to note that veryape did try to talk to her for a length of time before he kicked chay, he did forget to log it in the gm logs.
