As you all might know I was named (unofficially) TMW's head of PR (Public Relations) and I am currently working on some banners that will help spread the word about our community.

Ideas are always welcome and I also expect feedback. So far this is my first one, let me know what you think.

I do get your intentions, but that would make TMW look like it is not safe for kids, which I believe is NOT the intent for TMW. That is all I have to say about that.. The artwork on the banner isn't bad though.

I do however understand it's for Comedy, but it still gives TMW a negative non kid-friendly aspect to it.

EDIT: Corrected typo where it said is bad to isn't...

Second one isn't bad... Except the memecenter part takes away from the professionalism but that doesn't even matter in this case.
