I got Banned?

I was just doing a Cindy run with my wife ingame, my internet goes out. and bam. i get this message when i try to log back in.

You have been Temporarily banned from the game until 2014-09-16 21:43:27.
Please contact the GM team via the forums.

I know i haven't scammed anyone or harassed anyone ingame, but i'm just really confused and find this as unfair.

What did i do wrong???
