Vit def = 44
Correct?
I tested in "Test Server"
I do not know in global server
Bonus Bull Helmet
"Str +10, Double Damage +20%,
Critical Damage +15, Attack Speed +10%,
VIT Defense -39%, Accuracy -15"
This reduction should be Vit def (44)?
In "Test Server" this reduction being in this Full Def (123)
Is that correct?

Yes, you are correct. The reduction will be in vit def.
