Like I said: my last post about forum organization was my last post regarding it (since you mention "the community" - no, this only counts for you ♥ ).
I proved often enough that I'm a rather peaceful and fair person but if you try to make a fool out of me then I won't hesitate to treat you the same.

Since you mention the wiki:
If you have a problem with it then write it in the freaking correct section of the forum and not - once again - in a totally different topic.
And you complain about us moving your posts? Ridiculous

I am sure if we were capable of curing cancer, you would argue that we never thought of how this is causing the population of growing out of control.

I won't answer, whether the server is public or private, it truly doesn't matter, either way it has rules. Talking like that is out side of the rules.

Just one more thing, you ask us to read and reread everything. I have asked one simple question "when is it ever acceptable to talk like that?", will you please answer that.

At least, and that is for sure, it is not the most viewed one.

However, I have not seen the possibility, or I do not know how to, confirm it. It is just a supposition.

Anyway, if I am right, it is a bit sad...

It is what it is. I had hoped that with Frost and o11c gone, and Platyna not in power (I still thank her & crush 100% for the fun I had in 2007 & 2008; no one can take those memories away) ... that this would have settled down by now ... but alas, I guess not.

TMWC has defined itself as a meritocracy. Those who merit it, run it. That probably, practically also means that TMWC will mostly merit to pay for the costs (server, hosting, etc.) that their decisions merited them to make. Especially with the (online, active) player population being what it is.

I only hope that down the road, if they get bored, and the costs of their meritorious decisions mount, that they would please consider any willing free host (even Platinum?) at that point, en lieu of just shutting the whole thing down out of spite or dejection. But thankfully, we are not at that juncture yet, and hopefully will not find ourselves there in the foreseeable future.

A lot of work and hopes and dreams have gone into this project over the years. Open source. Sort of community driven .... let's say, at least, community inspired. It's a cool thing. I would hate to lose it, but not enough to pay for it. Nevertheless, I sincerely wish it well and I hope it survives.
