Thank you for showing ssbm how to ask for help properly.

In order to set up a tmw server like the current one you have to install the ragnarok online server emulator eAthena.

When it is working you have to replace some server files with our server files you can get from our subversion directory at sourceforge. Instructions how to access our subversion repository can be found at the link I posted above.

I think theres a eathena server with the files already changed download somewhere.. you gotta change all the items and a good amount of stuff so that would be easier.

As I said in the other topic we're not supporting eAthena which is the server software we are currently using, but once our own server will be released be sure it will be easy to plug and play and we will provide plenty of documentation to help you start with it. When you want to ask for help, please refer to:

When you want your server to be up to date you should really learn how to use SVN, don't expect newer packages to be released.

My server now works! I'll update some stuff and post the Ip in a new topic later...I'm thinking about editing the NPC text and things, and monster names to make a ''Super Mario'' server. Should be fun, see ya.

I have a question, my server is working well and I created an account but I don't know how to make it a gamemaster account. I read the gm_account.txt file in the server package and do not understand how to make a valid format. It tells me to type in the <account> <level> format, I typed my account like this:
Gamemaster 31 (my acc id is gamemaster)
However it tells me my format is invalid. I also tried Gamemaster,31 and <gamemaster> <31> but those didn't work either. If you could help me it would be appreciated.

Saying someone has a microscopic brain and is a terrible teacher in !4! lines isn't a nice thing to do. It's just rude and for no reason. As Crush said, he was trying to help. In the future if you doubt someone's qualities and want to share your thoughts with the community... write it as useful criticism.
Oh and we can take away your freedom of speech... there's a ban function on this forum. I'm not threatening you, just saying you're wrong.

I answered your question. I told you where to find support for your next questions and to not ask here, but you still keep asking us. Half of your posts are insulting team members who only provided you with suggestions but they were never insulting.

Indeed, but this doesn't allow you to be childish and insult people when they don't answer your questions the way you want and when you don't want to read and learn from linked documentation.

These are enough reasons for me to ban you, and I'm really sorry about it since you're the first person on over 1600 registered users that I feel the need to ban. Everyone here disagree with each other, but noone was ever so rude as you, so I guess this is a goodbye.

This topic will be now locked, and marked as a bad example of conduct, whoever needs to ask smart questions on the server, feel free to open a new thread.
