where i can buy/pick up they?

You can't buy or find the blue shorts yet. You need connections to get those.

And Matt, I wasn't saying I wanted you to give them to me, I just wanted to look at them in the trade window. And you said you didn't get them from the lamp snakes.....so where then (see previous paragraph to Legolas)? You said above you got them in those caves.....
