You could at least share with us the operating system you're trying to compile on. It makes a world of difference. Also, on Linux you can use either 'configure' or 'CMake', and on Windows you can use either 'Dev-C++' or 'Code::Blocks'. Take your pick, they're 4 different stories.

Edit: Sorry I read in your signature that you're on a Mac. In that case, I can only wish you good luck. Maybe check out the wiki page about it, but the reason we don't have an updated Mac release is because it's still rather tricky to get TMW to work on it.

Then you should specify now for what of the three operating systems you want to compile, because it is a completely different procedure.

You can find a detailed step-by-step procedure for compiling tmw on windows using DevC++ in the file docs\INSTALL\Win32.txt in the sourcecode package.
  • former Manasource Programmer
  • former TMW Pixel artist
  • NOT a game master

Please do not send me any inquiries regarding player accounts on TMW.

You might have heard a certain rumor about me. This rumor is completely false. You might also have heard the other rumor about me. This rumor is 100% accurate.
