i saw a guy with a pirate hat...where do i get one?
is it a drop or do you have to buy one?

The pirate hat is one of many headgears that came into the game with the halloween event. We might enable the posibility to gain these items in another way someday but at the moment the only way to obtain these items is to buy them from another player.
