how do you get sword here

under your name are sword but some have more then others how do you get more sword under your name?

For normal users it depends on the number of posts you made while developers have always 5 swords.

I think it should be switched off, because assigning "ranks" based on postcount encourages people to write a lot of meaningless junk posts just to "get promoted" instead of only posting when they have really something important to say.
