Not bad for a first try. But before this can be put into the game there are two things that have to be fixed.
1. the light direction
In tmw everything is lit from the southwest. That means the left side of all graphics has to be brighter than the right side.
2. the perspective
At the moment your graphic is completely straight. This would be correct if it would be seen from the side, but in tmw everything is seen from a diagonal perspective. That means that headbands, as they are around the head of the wearer, have to be slightly bend. Take the default headband as an example:
But I am quite sure that you will be able to make this small modifications.
