Can't find Equipment.xml file

Can anyone help me with the Equipment.xml file please, I can't ind it when I am trying to run the game..

This error message usually appears when the updating isn't completed.

What version are you using?

Maybe the update server wasn't accessible when he tried. In that case it should work now.
