Alright... Someone want to help me out or point me in the right direction. Can you change jobs yet if so where do you change jobs. I've been looking and looking... Or is it to be released in another version?

Jobs aren't technically implemented in-game yet, but people classify themselves as archers, swordsmen, etc. anyway. Hope I helped

No but you can use them and get nothing so be carefully with your green ones.. done that once or twice myself
