Is this supposed to be some kind of application? When you ask this question in this way you are not qualified anyway

But when you are asking this question just because you are curious: The technical server administrators have GM rights but they rarely use them for moderation. We don't care much for the gameplay on the current server. So we don't bother forming and managing a GM team.

That you are the leader of a big clan is more an argument against you than an argument for you. As a GM you would be biased about reports from or about your guildmembers. A GM should be neutral. That means that he shouldn't be a member of any guild.
