having a talk with somone and we don't agree. Is auto target (where people mod their client so that when they press a certain letter it only targets humans). Considered a cheat when pvping? I believe it is, because me and all the other people with out it, don't stand a chance to somone who does, even if they are 30 lvl's lower.

If they modify the client to gain an unfair advantage, then yes, it is cheating.

TMW is an open source game. Modifying the client is not illegal. Users with programming knowledge are even encouraged to improve the client and make their changes public so that they are of use for the community and the further development.

The question is just if certain modifications are appropiate to actually use them in the game.
