Post by Sertraline »

ok i've been playing a couple days now. lvl 16, job lvl 10. i have a few questions.

1. when can i sit?
2. when do i learn skills?
3. is there a walkthrough or a list of quests so i have something to do other than kill maggots and scorpions?
4. am i training wrong? is there an easier way to level than killing maggots and scorpions?
5. what stats should i be focusing on when i get points?

1. You can sit at job level 3, which you already have, just press ALT+S
2. The only 3 skills in The Mana World currently are the ability to trade, sit, and use smileys.
3. No, but most of the "quests" aren't complicated enough to need a walk through.
4. The only way to level is to kill monsters, but you are killing monsters that are too easy. Try killing some of the green slimes in the desert below the town for example.
5. Dexterity is definitely a must if you want to hit monsters in higher levels, but it all depends on the way you play the game. http://wiki.themanaworld.org/index.php/Stats
6. Have fun with it! It's a game after all, it's supposed to be fun.

Welcome to The Mana World.

Job level is not the same as player level.

It's your basic skill actually, go on your skills tab and select 'basic' and press up.
