AAAH! MY EYES! MY EYES!

Errr...

I mean your website could definitely need some improvements. Let me give you a few hints:

-You should use less different colors to build some kind of "corporate identity".
-You shouldn't use primary colors like 00FF00 because they hurt the eyes.
-using an exotic font like "Old English Text MT" should be avoided because when the other person hasn't got this font (like me) it appears as Times New Roman.
-Do not make text underlined when it isn't a link. It is an unspoken rule of the web that a passage of underlined text is a clickable link. When it isn't it confuses the viewer.
-You should also avoid using 32bit png files for design elements because they got a huge filesize and thus take forever to load. 8bit colors are usually more than enough. And when they are not enough using Jpeg is usually the better choice.

You might have heard a certain rumor about me. This rumor is completely false. You might also have heard the other rumor about me. This rumor is 100% accurate.

Thanks for the constructive / destructive criticism I took your advise on the underlines and font, but I like my PNG files because I like Vector graphics there more appealing, my computer with a 3.2 GHz processor and 2GB of DDR RAM handle it fine, I also tested a lesser computer with 1.6 GHz processor and 384 MB DDR RAM it seems to load everything good as well. I even deleted all TEMP files and cookies before testing. The Only thing I haven't tested yet is on a slower connection like a DSL connection, I could simulate that though by using Laptop with a 58 Mbps wireless card. That cuts my cable in half down to about 3Mb/s that is equivalent to mid to premium grade DSL. NO NO I am just yanking you crush! LOL! I really do appreciate your feedback, I am self learned in everything I know, I have no schooling on this stuff; I am just a very fast and dedicated learner.

Thanks Again

Nice idea, we can use some competition to spice things up.
Oh btw, freewebs allow to split up boxes in columns, that might be handy for your members page. Also a smaller font might be easier to read. Feels like I'm watching a tennisgame when reading :D

As for paychecks? If I understand correctly, all profits are divided as such:
15% for the leader
15% for the sherrif
20% for the journeymen
and 35% divided among all lower class, right?

So if there's 10 nomads, which seems like a minimum to make the system run smoothly. They would each get 3.5% about 1/4th of your share. If the clan becomes popular. And there are say, 50 nomads. They would then each have 0.7% or about 1/20th of your share.

Also, you'll have to drive some hard bargains to make mentionable profits. Selling quest items and equipment won't cut it, especially not since we give that for free. 0.7 percentage of a clan-profit of 70 000 (which is a lot of profit!) would only give a Nomad 1k; which he could have earned in 5 minutes by selling one or two of his drops from the mines to an NPC.
