Hello Everybody, Hello Hommer
I see you have downloaded the Open-source of my game, and claimed it as your own. You have broken the Terms and Conditions of Krusade Online, which you have specifically agreed to upon downloading the server, and installing it. Legal action will be taken if this is not resolved.
To all others, this game was not created by Hommer. I have not looked into it much so far, so I am unsure if he has made any edits or such, But I will tell you that this game was developed by myself, and all graphics, except for the tilesets were created by myself.
For all those interested in proof, you can download the game and the game server (which allows you to have complete control over the game, Like Hommer does) here at http://www.kreative-softworks.co.nr. Why did I waste hundreds of hours on a game, only to release it to the world for free? I wanted to contribute something to everybody, I wanted to be somewhat recognized for effort. But, never again will I.

I am appalled that you have claimed the coding/scripting, and graphics as your own, and not given any credit whatsoever to the original developers.Lol, these are eclipse tilesets. And i have my own custom sprites, items, and sfx. No need to talk down about it. I have a lot of time spent on this, coding/scripting. With many custom scripts already in the game, and more to come. Like Fishing, Mining, Quest, Party System, Chest (which can be found and opened once per player (there is many) for a random item). And a new bank system soon to come. So please, don't say i'm just copying and pasting. I also have a custom Gui, Just because i'm not the greatest tilest, and use a free tileset, that came with the eclipse client doesn't mean my game is bad.
I was the developer who spent hundreds of hours into this, scripting, creating quests, skills, and all other features.Len i just finally read your post lol. It may look like some other games now. But who cares. I've poured hundreds of hours into this, scripting, Creating quest, Creating skills, And a lot of other features i added. I made this to help me a long as i am learning visual basic. If you don't like it don't play simple enough. You don't have to continue to post in my topic.
Notice MY player sprites, custom made, and MY items. SFX is not custom anyway, I used that from games such as Final Fantasy and Dungeon Lords.I've already had help with some friends. Notice my player sprites, they are customly made. Same with the items, and Sfx. I made a post over a week ago, about recruiting a development team, it just wasn't on these boards.

I am furious as well with this find, Kreator spent tireless hours, long nights and a large portion of his time to make this game for you to claim it all as your own.
Hell you even copied his storylines! You have done nothing, it would have taken you and hour at most on this game if you had a slow computer just to download it! No doubt youve removed the name of Kreator and Balliztik1 who spent all these countless hours scripting and making things.
I hope kreator takes legal action on this one, you better contact him immediantly on this matter because claiming someone elses work as your own is the ultimate low.
If you are childish about this, no worries ill take my own action which will also result in you loosing your forums host and all your players knowing the link where they can download this game.

Although I think both Hommer and Kreator are barking at the moon
If Hommer did indeed steal this game he is very sick, However I think its unlikely that any legal action can be taken (as he will probably never be tracked down)

This is more serious then you think. Two parties (myself, creator of Krusade Online, and Marsh, founder of Eclipse) are looking to take Legal action against Hommer. Reason being, both our disclaimers and Terms of Conditions have been breached.Len wrote:This might get interesting...

Also, The Mana World Forum owner has been contacted. Due to this being a legal issue, I want to see all acknowledgments of Krusade Online removed.
