Although I am not a member myself (I spend more time developing TMW than playing it and thus it wouldn't pay off for me to join) I can really recommend the Holy Mana Clan. They exist for quite a while now and are doing frequent events for their members and the rest of the community.

It is also the only active guild at the moment, so you don't have much choice anyway when you want to join one.
